Overview
This workshop series offers four structured classes that explore MFR principles and techniques designed for yogis and other athletes. Students will learn how to improve their yoga practice and physical routines by enhancing mobility, power, and overall alignment. During your time with Wendy, you will learn how to approach your physical body as one, connective experience.
